1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AI Domains platform, APIs, or services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Services.

2. Description of Service

AI Domains provides domain name search, AI generation, analysis, and registration tools. Domain registrations are subject to the policies of ICANN and the respective registry administrators.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for the security of your passwords and any use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts providing false WHOIS data.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services. This includes, but is not limited to: scraping our databases, bypassing rate limits, using the Smart Email tool for unsolicited spam (CAN-SPAM act compliance is mandatory), or engaging in illegal activities.

5. Domain Registration

Registration of a domain name does not confer ownership until the registration process is complete and payment is processed. We do not guarantee the availability of any domain name until registration is confirmed.
